Bending close to Durah's ear, Kiriki whispered her name, glad that Durah was not one to become alarmed easily. Durah's eyes opened quickly. She turned silently to Kiriki. Kiriki placed a finger to her friend's lips, encouraging silence between them, and nodded toward the door.
