It is the only way to come closer to the fully autonomous system or at least to minimize human supervision on unmanned systems. Another critical factor in the successful implementation of AS is to develop algo‐ rithms for reliable communications and redundant sub systems or systems. Without having in place such robust algorithms, the cooperative and collaborative algorithms would not be applicable.
